To bridge the gap between clinical services and peer services by utilizing the perspectives, training and experience of both spectrum's on the continuum of care in Recovery Education.
To join the different levels of oversight, service providers, peers and clients in the development of education and training materials.
To offer education and training courses in line with the Florida Regulatory Environment for Recovery Services in Florida.
Recovery support means services designed to strengthen or assist individuals to regain skills, develop the environmental supports necessary to help the individual thrive in the community, and meet life goals that promote recovery from alcohol and drug use. These services include, but are not limited to, economic, vocational, employment, educational, housing, and other ancillary services.
